Monthly time series of downward solar radiation at the surface covering Morocco from 1950 to 2026, derived from the ECMWF ERA5-Land reanalysis and prepared as COG over a continuous national extent including southern regions. Each raster represents the direct and diffuse solar energy received by a horizontal surface during one month. Grid cells touching the national boundary are retained to avoid empty borders along the coast, while NoData pixels from the source are neither filled nor interpolated. This series provides a consistent regional estimate and does not replace local solar radiation measurements.
