Morocco communal election results by commune — 2015–2021
Results of Morocco’s 2015 and 2021 communal elections for all 1,503 communes. This temporal layer contains 3,006 features and reports votes by party, the leading party, the sum of votes recorded in the party columns, turnout, and council seats where those values are directly available. For 2021, it also includes indicators on elected members’ gender, age, and education. TAFRA collected the records from the official elections.ma portal. In the six cities divided into arrondissements—Casablanca, Fez, Marrakesh, Rabat, Salé and Tangier—the votes from 41 arrondissements are summed into the parent commune polygon. Turnout, seat totals, and elected-member profiles are left empty for those aggregates because they cannot be reliably recomputed from the source rows. According to TAFRA, the source does not provide registered-voter totals or the share of blank and invalid ballots. Coverage includes the full national territory, including the southern provinces.
